Anger Management Classes
(Ongoing 12 Week Program)
We hold a continuous weekly 2-hour Anger Management Class Program.
Upon successful attendance of all sessions (24 hours) and approval of the post-assessment evaluation, the Participant will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Our Program is a dynamic Group Session of 12 weeks were we will explore strategies for overcoming stress, anxiety, and uncontrollable anger. Through a process of self-discovery while assessing our inner strengths and weaknesses, we aim to learn how to change negative mental attitudes into a constructive, assertive and positive state of mind.
We aim to improve communications skills, relationships, impulse control, empathy, stress management, decision making skills, assumption of full responsibility, greater effectiveness in meeting your needs, and much more.
Participants need to make an appointment for an in-take interview where they will be given a pre-assessment evaluation before starting classes. Upon completion of the 12 classes, participants will be given a post-assessment evaluation in order to receive their Certificate of Completion.
